Susan M. Koral has spent more than 25 years in the insurance industry; 21 of those years have been spent specializing in the Workers Compensation field. Prior to joining CIC and Self Funding, Inc.(SFI), Susan worked for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. as a claims specialist and managed the Third Party Administration unit of Gow Management Services, Inc.
Susan jointed SFI as the manager of technical services, and is responsible for Workers' Compensation self insurance analysis, claims, technical auditing, education, consulting and program reviews. She also provides Workers Compensation expertise to CIC clients. Susan’s areas of expertise include management of Workers Compensation claims for both private industry and public entities.
