Thomas B. Surwill has been with Self Funding, Inc. (SFI) since 2004, he brings more than 10 years of insurance industry experience. His experience involves 5 years at a large Property & Casualty Agency working first in the accounting department and also as a licensed property and casualty broker. As a broker, Tom was instrumental in setting up a self-insured Workers' Compensation program for a group of trade contractors.
Tom also brings 5 years of experience as an insurance fraud investigator. As an investigator, he conducted accident reconstruction and surveillance investigations involving claims for Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability & General Liability. Tom’s primary duties at SFI involve loss data analysis and report production.
